Holistic Yoga Flow

is a practice that encourages a lifestyle that focuses on balance, harmony, positive thinking and health. We teach the practice of yoga asanas, breathing exercises and meditation as they are essential components to a complete yoga practice.

Yin Yoga

is a quiet contemplative practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

Yoga Nidra

is a meditative procedure whose goal is to transform the mind and body.  Yoga Nidra explores the deeper layers of Self, moving beyond the waking states into the more subtle layers of Self.

Individual Therapeutic Sessions

are personalized to meet your individual needs. We meet one-on-one and explore yogic life coaching, Reiki energy work, and therapeutic yoga to help you find balance and inner healing.

Please bring your yoga mat and props to class as our supply is limited.
